All Key Habits training is based on the same idea. The training is progressive. All individuals go through the same basic training course. After that, participants can decide to what extend they receive further training.

The duration of the basic training 18 months, 3 months of goal management, aka implementation, and 15 months of mental training. Advanced training is available at the end of a course.

In addition, Key Habits offers corporate training whereby executives and staff come together to connect the training specifically to their professional challenges.

Individual Training

Key Habits Goal Management – PGM Implementation

Effecient and effective methods in goal management processed in the Key Habits software.

Minimum training: 1hr per week.

Key Habits Mental Training – MT Personal Development

15 months

Basic course in Key Habits mental training. Mental and emotional aspects of success that are directly related to the individual.

Minimum training: 4hrs per month.

12 months

Advanced course in Key Habits mental training. Here you dive deeper into the science of performance, social intelligence and team building.

Corporate Training

Corporate training can be executed in different ways:
• Short sessions and group support.
• Several weeks of goal management.
• Complete 18 month training package.
